Vacuum blister molding is one of the most commonly used molding methods for plastic packaging containers. Thick sheet blister is a secondary forming technology which takes thermoplastic sheet as forming object. In the blister process, according to the shape of raw materials (sheet or coil), it can be divided into thick wall and thin wall two categories. Thick wall blister means that the thickness of the raw material used is more than 2mm, which can not be blister formed on the automatic machine, and must be processed and produced by the semi-automatic blister forming machine dedicated to the thick sheet metal.



Thick sheet blister products generally have the characteristics of large area, large height and thick material. The production method of thick wall blister and thin wall blister products is similar, which is mainly based on vacuum blister mold. (2) ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic) material: it has good impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical properties, compared with HDPE has easy formation, product size stability, good surface luster, better bearing and compressive performance. HDPE has more advantages in low temperature resistance, toughness and resistance to environmental stress cracking. Main applications: Widely used in automotive, electronic and electrical, office and communication equipment and other fields. In the field of packaging, it is mainly used in the robot automatic pickup project with high dimensional accuracy requirements for packaging.



(3) ABS+TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material: It has a special co-extrusion process in the ABS plate process to make the surface of the ABS plate covered with a layer of TPU film plate. The products made of this material have not only the excellent mechanical properties of ABS but also the high wear resistance and tear resistance of TPU. The cost of this material is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary materials. Because of the high cost, the application of such materials is limited. When the material is often subjected to friction, scraping, grinding and other mechanical effects during use, it will cause its surface to gradually wear, so the wear resistance of the material is very important. TPU plastic raw materials excellent wear resistance, more than five times the wear resistance of natural rubber, is one of the materials of wear-resistant products, generally speaking, TPU has a high tear resistance, tear strength and some commonly used plastics are very excellent. Main application: Mainly used in automotive interior parts. In the field of packaging, it is mainly used for parts with high cleanliness requirements, such as engine, transmission and other power system parts packaging.
