1, HDPE material: has good heat and cold resistance, chemical stability, strong rigidity, toughness and good resistance to environmental stress cracking. Main uses: top cover of plastic tray, fuel tank, special packaging of most auto parts and so on.

2, ABS material: has good impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical properties, compared with HDPE: easy to form, size stability, good surface gloss, better load resistance and other characteristics. Main applications: automotive, electronics, office and communication equipment and other fields.

3, ABS+TPU material: in the process of ABS plate production, the surface is covered with a layer of TPU film plate. The products of this material have the excellent mechanical properties of ABS and the high wear resistance and tear resistance of TPU. The cost of this material is 2-3 times that of ordinary materials. Due to the high cost of this material, its application is limited. TPU features: excellent wear resistance, more than five times higher than natural plastic wear resistance, is one of the choice of wear-resistant products, tear resistance is also better than commonly used plastics.
