One: The automatic molding of thick sheet blister is completed by special blister equipment, and artificial molding can only be manually operated. Therefore, processing efficiency, operating steps, and the molding quality of thick sheet blister will also be different.



Two: High automatic molding efficiency, stable product quality, suitable for mass production. Manual molding cost is low, suitable for single small batch production, but at present many manual blister products are only advertising words, plastic shell or packaging products.



Three: Manual blister, the blister mold is placed on the lower vacuum blister device workbench, sealed around the mold with glue or oil mud, above the mold is a gland, the gland is equipped with an electric heating wire, the gland and the mold are similar to the form of upper die and lower die, the gland is pressed down and the mold is kept sealed, the blister plate is placed in the middle of the gland and the mold, and then the electricity is heated. In a certain time, the plate is heated and softened to a certain degree, power off, stop heating, open the vacuum valve, and vacuum the plate. Automatic molding machine to make thick sheet blister, in this way can complete the production of large quantities of products, and the entire process, from heating, blister, cooling, stripping to the product out of the entire process has been automated.
